We take pride in our work and our hygienic practices. We put our best effort into ensuring the health and safety of our clients and community.
To ensure that we operate safely, we have established practices and protocols to protect our clients, event guests, and ourselves. We follow federal, state, and local recommendations, regulations, and guidelines to minimize the exposure to and/or spread of any virus. We have strict standards for cleaning and sanitizing and use products designed to kill viruses and other contagions.
* Equipment & supplies are cleaned and sanitized before and after each event.
Reactions
Our artists use only high quality, cosmetic grade, hypoallergenic, FDA approved face paints, glitters, and other products. Reactions are still possible, so adult participants, as well as a child's parents or guardians, are responsible for notifying the artist of sensitive skin or allergies. If you think a reaction may occur, products can be tested on the arm prior to being applied to the face.
We are unable to face paint a child under the age of two for safety reasons, but at our discretion we may paint their arm or hand.
Contagious Illnesses and Skin Conditions
We will not face paint anyone who has cold sores, sties, lice, pink eye, rashes, eczema, facial abrasions, open wounds, sunburn (on face), or a runny nose. We will happily paint on the arm or hand instead, if the area is not affected by any of the aforementioned issues. We are unable to accommodate anyone who appears to be suffering from cold or flu symptoms, infectious skin conditions, or symptoms of any infectious illness. Any individual with a known Co-Vid exposure in the last 10 days should avoid participating in our activities.
* Painting is at the artist’s discretion and he/she makes the final decision on whether to paint someone. Artist will only turn away a person when absolutely necessary.
Masks
Personal mask use at events is at the artist's discretion, unless requested by the client. Please notify us in advance if you prefer that the Artist wears a protective mask. We do not require children or clients to wear masks, but we can accommodate anyone who prefers to be masked during the painting process. We have a wide variety of designs that can be painted on the forehead, arm, or hand. * We ask that anyone who is sitting or standing in the general area respects at least 6 feet of distance between themselves and the artist/painting station. This helps to protect everyone at the event and the artist's supplies. *We always do our best to maintain safety and prevent the spread of illness.
